Below are answers to questions about e-learning. You can ask further questions using HELPDESK system (LINK).
The app was tested on 100 participants and everything worked out well. The first 4 people are visible as windows on the screen, the next few are visible on the side, and the following ones are only marked with a small circle at the bottom of the page. If somebody is speaking, they are automatically switched to a larger view. This is why it is so important to make sure that there are not too many sounds in the surroundings, to make the switch smooth and conversation comfortable. Please also inform your students about it before the classes and ask them to install the app on their computer, to avoid technical issues at the beginning (not every browser works well with Teams, e.g. Mozilla has problems with the sound). It works very well on the mobile app (also the video conference option).
They must have an account, which they activate via their USOS.
We recommend downloading the classic app and giving up the version in the browser - you can install it using the rectangle arrow icon in the bottom left corner.
One team is one class, exactly the same that you meet during the standard course.
The best thing is to send the link to the video or the video file via the video conference chat, so that everyone can play it for themselves.
You can create a test in Forms app, and then add it to the task. You can also use the time limit (the test will not be available to complete after specified date / time) and random question sequence.
They can be found in Stream app, which is a part of Office 365. You can order your recordings there into channels and groups, as well as define the rules of sharing.
In Teams you can have live meetings (video conferences) and record them. Then you can play them and everyone in the team will see this recording in the main group chat. The you can order recordings or add video films in Streams. However, none of these tools is intended directly for recording films, which is what we mean, when we simply want to send a video file. For this purpose, you have to use a different tool and then send the file to a specific folder, just like every other text file, presentation or .pdf.
As a default, "Class" teams are public. Teacher or administration teams can select between the “private” and “public” option.
