- to notify your academic coordinator at the University of Silesia - you can finde the list HERE

- to arrange all formalities in your dormitory or other place of residence
- to notify your home university about shortening of your stay and get information
- about the formalities you have to complete.
- after returning to your home country, you may be quarantined.

At this moment, the following student residence halls may potentially be used for quarantine purposes in the future:
- UŚKA Cieszyn
- DS2 Katowice-Ligota
- DS4 Sosnowiec
Students staying in those dormitories needed to be rehoused.
The student residence halls will be designated for quarantine, for example for people returning from abroad, and not for hospitals. The quarantine facilities will be secured and guarded, and people staying in them will be under medical care and will not go outside.
Students staying in other student residence halls can stay, for the time being, in their rooms, and no additional students will be accommodated there, unless absolutely required. Any personal items left will be secured under supervision and deposited. According to the Rector's ordinance, visitors are not allowed in dormitories.
This applies to all students who are currently taking part in student exchange programmes at the University of Silesia, especially those who are in a difficult position due to the current epidemiological situation.
Psychologists will be available via SKYPE.

- The quality of Internet connection and details related to software settings may affect the quality of connection, which is why we recommend running a sound test before the consultations (in line with the software distributor guidelines).
If for any reason you cannot take part in consultations during the hours stated above, but your situation is difficult and you need to talk, please write to psycholog@us.edu.pl. You will arrange the meeting date together.
